Heartspire
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
Heartspire is a game made by Winchester Homes LLC, which publishes games as Winchester Games, in Connecticut, USA. This page explains what the game does with information about you. The short version: it does not collect any.
What we collect
Nothing. The current version of Heartspire does not collect, store or send any personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party trackers.
Your game progress
Your progress, scores, times and settings are saved only on your own device: in your web browser's local storage when you play on the web, or in the game's local data folder when you play the desktop or mobile version. That data never leaves your device and we cannot see it. Clearing your browser data or uninstalling the game deletes it.
Fonts on the web version
The web version loads its typefaces (Cinzel and Pirata One) from Google Fonts. When it does, your browser contacts Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details as part of any normal web request. Google's handling of that data is covered by Google's privacy policy. The desktop and mobile versions include the fonts and make no such request.
Stores and purchases
If you buy or download Heartspire through a store such as Steam or Google Play, that store handles your account, payment and download under its own privacy policy. We receive sales totals from the store, not your personal details.
Children
Heartspire is not directed at children under 13, and because it collects no personal information, it collects none from children.
Changes
If a future version adds anything that handles personal information, such as online leaderboards, analytics or advertising, this page will be updated before that version is released, and the date at the top will change. Using the game after an update means the updated policy applies.
