Terms of Use
Last updated: October 4, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Winchester Homes LLC, which publishes games as Winchester Games ("we", "us"), about your use of Heartspire (the "Game"). By playing the Game you agree to them. If you got the Game through a store such as Steam or Google Play, that store's terms also apply to your purchase and download.
Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game for your own entertainment. You do not own the Game or its contents; you own a licence to use them.
What you may not do
- Copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the Game or any of its art, music, video or code.
- Extract, reverse-engineer or reuse the Game's assets in other works, except as the law allows.
- Use the Game in any unlawful way, or remove any notices of ownership.
You are welcome to stream it, record it and share screenshots and videos of your play.
About the content
The Game's artwork, music and cinematic videos were created with generative AI tools and then selected, edited and assembled by us. The Game's design, levels and code are our own work, made with the help of AI coding tools. The Game does not generate content with AI while you play.
Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the Game, or parts of it, at any time. Test versions are provided for feedback and may change or be removed without notice.
No warranty
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be free of bugs or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Game. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
